KNOCK METHOD

The process we follow when we work with brands reflects our spirit. We approach every project — whether for advertising, corporate identity or space branding — making sure we have vast knowledge of the project and all that surrounds it. This strategic approach makes it possible, among other things, to spot objectives that may initially be off the radar and capture them in a brief written with our clients.

ASSESSMENT

We first carry out an initial analysis of resources and establish the team that will work on the project.

ALIGNMENT

We organise a workshop and invite the team representing the band to help us tune in to the nature of the project. In this way, we can outline the most productive and efficient way to participate in it.

IMMERSION

We collect information from primary and secondary sources, analyse it and compare it with our own experiences in similar cases.

SWOT

We put together a concise, comprehensive document with all the aspects to be taken into account before we set any final objectives.

BRIEF

Any marketing department has a brief in their hands long before they call us. And we always suggest going over it once we’ve finished the immersion phase.

STRATEGY

At Knock we see this phase in a hybrid, strategic and creative way. We work together and the strategists and creatives define the territories of communication and transfer them to a series of creative concepts that will allow us to meet the objectives defined in the brief.

CREATION

The creation phase is also hybrid, and the work of the creatives contrasts against the vision of the strategic team. As is usual, at Knock we assign profiles from specific disciplines to each project. Yet, rather unusually, here we share all our proposals in weekly sessions attended by the entire creative team to enhance the result.

DEVELOPMENT

We implement the creative idea with the supervision of those responsible, always including one of the Knock partners.

FOLLOW-UP

A branding campaign created at Knock will always be Knock’s responsibility. And that also includes what comes after the launch. We monitor the behaviour of all our actions to adapt, correct and, if necessary, improve them.

LEARNING

Our work method has circular inertia, and ends up giving rise to new possible projects that arise from what we’ve learnt. We compile it all in a final workshop with the brand representatives.
